Saturn Returns - The shake up of Your Life

Saturn is the planet of responsibility, commitments, obligations and consequences. It takes Saturn approximately 28 years to complete a full cycle thru the zodiac. So at approximately 28, Saturn returns to the sign it was in when you were born. When this happens, you will have the opportunity to reevaluate your life and bring it more in line with your actual wants and needs as opposed to those you may have learned from your parents or society.

Its a time of shaking things up. You may discover after years of schooling and lots of time working your way up in your law firm, that you really don't want to be a lawyer. Or maybe you married young and you realize this person is more of who you thought you were supposed to marry than someone you actually want to be with. You may change careers, spouses, buy or sell a home, relocate, go back to school or generally just change the direction of your life.

This is most often a reflexive process. Sometimes it will require thought and deliberation to decide where you want to go. Most often though it is just a realization of dissatisfaction with your life and a desire to change. Many people, feel the urge to change and start making steps towards it without even realizing what drastic changes it will lead to. This can be very stressful.

The important thing to remember is that you will be better off once this change has occurred. You may suffer loss or a sense of loss from the things you are leaving behind. However, its the start of a new chapter in your life and its a chapter you will love once you get past the growing pains of new beginnings.
